Rosemary oil

Following the same warm infusion method of The Punisher chilli oil I also made a rosemary oil from our garden bushes.

After washing and drying my rosemary (or you can use washed fresh rosemary) I let this infuse in the warm oil with a handful of mixed peppercorns. I then put this in a sterile bottle and left it to get stronger over the week.

All that's left to do now is make some focaccia and enjoy with an antipasti selection.
